- Do not use SceneDeck for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security controls.
- Do not upload or share content you do not have rights to use.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant SceneDeck permission to host and process that content only as necessary to provide the service.
4. Service Availability
SceneDeck may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SceneDeck is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
